Subhash Rastogi has over four decades of experience across industry and financial services, including running global trading operations. That work turned on counterparty risk, working capital and cross-border trade finance, which are the questions underneath most of the firm's credit mandates.

As Non-Executive Chairman he provides senior oversight on governance and matters requiring independent commercial judgement. Complex and sensitive situations are reviewed with him before the firm takes them on.

Vipul Rastogi founded Ascent Pinnacle Capital and leads the firm's investment banking practice.

He advises corporates, promoters and investors on structured finance, debt capital, refinancing and special situations, with a particular focus on transactions requiring a capital structure built around the situation, and negotiation at senior level.

Prior to founding Ascent Pinnacle, Vipul worked with leading international financial institutions. He holds a degree in banking and finance from Western Sydney University, and later studied aviation finance at King's College, Cambridge.

Ashish Kumar has over three decades of experience across institutional lending and Indian debt markets, including senior roles leading debt desks at major financial institutions. His work centres on pricing risk: what a lender will underwrite, at what level, and against what security.

At Ascent Pinnacle he leads corporate finance origination and senior lender relationships across the firm's financing mandates.
